The underground capital city of the Argen is located under a mountain at the edge of the Argen Peaks, at the old trail between those mountains and the Sierra Canela. There are surface buildings, but the bulk of the city lies underground, in a massive cavern complex. A large, deep, winding underground river offers naval access to the Gulf of Horns and the weather is always consistently cool and damp.
