The Hollow has long been part of the Queendom, but only recently was granted independence from it, and is now a nation of its own, having negotiated its freedom to form a government of the people’s choice, thanks to the visionary leadership and negotiation skills of Gorrn the Troll. The terms of the Hollow’s independence revolve around an annual delivery of vanilla beans to Froupolis in the amount of 50 tons minimum.
The Hollow covers a large area of the Enchanted Forest of Sennzia, and is the only independent nation that shares a border with all six other nations in the forest. The Hollow itself is divided by the Enchanted River into the Upper Hollow and the Lower Hollow. The Lower Hollow extends to Greely’s Grove and then reaches down all the way to the edge of Lannanel in Yarsaria and over to Frightsburg in the Queendom along the Lannael River. The Upper Hollow is sandwiched between the Ghostwood and the Greenway, with a small portion bordering the independent land of Mirror Mountain on the topside. The entire Hollow is situated in low, warm and humid areas lush with greenery; an enchanted rainforest.
