Salentis is the home of Princess Rentara Floquet, younger sister of Queen Jillian Floquet.
Architecturally, the silver city is a shining, stainless steel metropolis with an art deco aesthetic. Towers in Salentis are extremely tall and the place is packed with fairies flying rather chaotically between the towers.
There are lanes designated as no-fly zones which are reserved for orbapult traffic. For residents without the ability to fly, there are clear orbs with seats inside where pedestrians may strap in and be catapulted across the city through designated arcs.
There are also many slides going from higher locations to lower ones, and elevator lifts which carry heavy items to the upper reaches of each building. Unlike many cities in mortal realms, travel between upper level locations does not require travel down to the ground and across. Many creative routes exist to go from place to place within the city without ever touching the ground.
Of course, the most popular method is to fly.
