Halmatia divider

Bilgeport is Halmatia’s greatest embarrassment. The settlement pre-dates the formation of Halmatia and was used as a pirate hideout and home for exiled wererats for at least a century or more.

Despite the addition of a train station and numerous efforts by Governor-Admiral Chim Chim to bring law & order, the place remains a haven for many of Halmatia’s worst criminals.
