    Halmatia is a ghoul nation of free & civilized (but still flesh-eating) undead. The ghoul nation was founded after a group of ghouls led by Allen Sharpling escaped from Nybysso (the Abyss) and wound up in the fairy realm of Sennzia.

    Allen Sharpling is now retired in Deathkiss on the lowest tip of Halmatia. The current president is Winnifred Lyons, a conservative who boldly challenges Queen Jillian of Sennzia on numerous issues.
