Sennzia is a fairy realm whose very elements are controlled by the archfey, Queen Jillian Floquet. As long as Queen Jillian remains in a good mood, all is well for the citizens of Sennzia and its surrounding nations. If the Queen is sad, the weather is bad. If the Queen is disappointed, the ground may shake. If the Queen becomes angry, well, best not to let that happen. Much of society in Sennzia is centered around keeping the Queen pleased.
Fortunately for the people who live in Sennzia, Queen Jillian has a love of sweets beyond all rhyme or reason. That means it is relatively easy to keep her happy, so long as the people ply her with sweets and desserts of all kinds.
The Realm of Sennzia consists of the Queendom of Sennzia, which is divided into two parts, as well as a number of other independent nations answering to their own leadership. While the nature of the entire realm is tied to Jillian’s emotional state, her own subconscious will not allow her to violate any fey contracts. Many of these contracts include provisions preventing the Queen from randomly destroying them in a temper tantrum. Doing so would violate the contract and have terrible consequences for the Queen.
Sennzia Core is ruled entirely by Queen Jillian, while Sennzia Tesson, aka “The Shard” is overseen by Jillian’s sister, Princess Rentara.
Other independent nations include the free nation of ghouls, Halmatia, the kingdom of elves and dwarves, Yarsaria, the Greenway and the newly independent WendiWitch Hollow. Various other territories are ruled or have been otherwise carved out by various forces and groups.
