Lydian
“Imperial Elves”
Originating from the Realm of Lothair, the name “Lydian” is either a reference to a long-forgotten elven queen from Lothair, or perhaps a reference to the Wisinkein, Lythia Lyphendale, but with an ancient misspelling. Historians cannot say for sure.
Lydian elves are more or less long-lived human with exceptionally pointed ears. On average, they may be shorter than humans, but some Lydian elves can be taller. Covering up their ears, they could easily be indistinguishable from a human in almost every case.
The most common among elves, Lydians are also some of the most varied and versatile. Nyakeshi is a Lydian Elf, while King Ulmond and Prince Lentarion are descended from Lydian elves, but have non-elven blood as well.
