Argen

“Perfect People”

The Argen are small people who prefer to live in natural caverns. They are exceptional at engineering, architecture, sculpture, art and cooking, among other things. Any task which is best solved by blending logical, scientific understanding with creative, artistic talent is a task the Argen do well.

The average height for an Argen is about a head or so shorter than elves. Some elves call the Argen “dwarves” because they are small and live underground, but this is considered an insult to an Argen. They are not short, or stocky, or especially hairy. Argen do have slightly pointed ears, but they are in no way as prominent as an elf’s. Otherwise, they look very much like proportionately smaller humans.

The Argen do not consider themselves short at all. They consider themselves to be “just right.”
