Wendi the witch is a myth. She is definitely, definitely not real, but many delusional people believe that she lurks somewhere in the Hollow. These overly creative people say that Wendi is so incredibly powerful that even Queen Jillian is afraid of her. The simplest explanation is that the alleged witnesses heard the whispers of a Wendigo in the woods and succumbed to mass hysteria.
