Wiggly Walter

Walter Biju is a fairy escape artist at the Cereal Circus. He has black and yellow butterfly wings with thin antennae growing from the top of his forehead. Walter displays colorful paisley tattoos over much of his body. He lets his hair and beard grow long and scraggly to maintain a wild, unkept appearance for his act.
