The Halmatian ghoul gnome, Senator Thimble Thunderfoot, is well-liked in the Senate for his calm, steady demeanor and fairness. He is largely nonpartisan, and settles many disputes with objective arguments which play on the goals of several sides at once. When the gnomish ghoul puts his foot down, however, every Senator knows that it is time to end the discussion.
