Malicius de Mais is the Chairman of the Archington Society of Free Ghouls. Beyond that, not much is known about the ghoul. Per Society regulations, all members remain masked at all times and utilize pseudonyms. He is obviously a male ghoul, presumably from a wealthy upbringing and shows signs of a formal (and likely very expensive) education.
