Kessa Fleer is a Lunganian elf ghoul who works as a burglar in Bilgeport. In life, she was exiled from Argenheim for thievery and damage to an important Argen cultural heritage statue. After her exile, while teaming with others on a heist in Looros, she was infected with the ghoulplague and left for dead. She now resides in Halmatia and gets by any way she can.
