Ion Moonshadow

Ion Moonshadow is both an Elf and a Vampire who hails from Narmeth, Yarsaria. He is the owner of Shimmerblood Dispensaries and the inventor of the Shimmerblood alchemical formula. He engineered the synthetic blood substitute in order to sustain vampires without requiring them to seek out living hosts from which to feed.
