Ginger Maple is an animated gingerbread woman. She regularly uses food coloring to dye her hair an orange-red color, but her hair is naturally black. She has icing eyebrows and eyes with mint green candy pupils. Her “dress” is made of icing, gumdrops and licorice strips and she has fork marks on her cookie body which resemble a quilted grid.
