The Cane Boss is an enigmatic fairy with black and white moth wings. He runs the Cereal Circus at the dead end of Cinnabrick Alley near the industrial district. He does so more out of passion for the circus than for any profit. The Cane Boss nom de guerre comes from his substantial sugarcane business, which has made him immeasurably wealthy.
