Allen Sharpling is Halmatia’s first president. He is the ghoul who led the rebellion against the Ghoul King and the great ghoul escape from Nybysso (the Abyss). He is both a legend and a national treasure. President Sharpling continues his long afterlife in Deathkiss, fully retired.
